Toronto Chapter On-Line Special Event: Length & Strength Fusion Class Special Exercise Event for Credit Professionals

Instructor: Shari Saracino will lead a one hour low intensity class.

This class is founded in yoga but incorporates a variety of other modalities like Barre, Pilates and weights (optional) to marry the balance between flexibility and strength. Attention is placed on proper alignment to keep you safe as we move together to build a body that can transport itself effortlessly and safely throughout the day.
Here's what you will need to participate:
-Comfortable & flexible clothing.
-A yoga mat.
-Water (if you prefer).
-Light weights (only if you prefer, but not necessary).
-Space to stretch out.
-Your computer to connect to the Zoom conference.

Instructor Bio: Shari Saracino
Shari has spent her career in the health care industry learning about disease treatment and prevention, and health management while staying physically active her entire life. She holds a Bachelors in Kinesiology from McMaster University. Due to her foundations in Kinesiology, she applies strong principles of anatomy and physiology to the teaching and mentoring of a healthy lifestyle.
Shari caters to all levels of fitness needs and believes in a variety of modifications to ensure safe execution and participation in class. She believes in the importance of balancing strength and flexibility without compromising either in a well-rounded program.
She is a certified Hatha & Restorative Yoga, Barrelates, Functional Exercise, Circuit Training and Group instructor, and possesses her First Aid & CPR Certification.
