We’ll be breaking down how to get started, how to form better eating habits and building a positive relationship with food by keeping food and nutrition as simple as possible because we all know how busy life can get. Bring all your nutrition-related questions and we look forward to taking you through our Fundamentals of Nutrition Health Workshop!

A CrossFit Level 2 trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified nutrition coach whose goal is to help teams and individuals make positive and lasting health and wellness changes in order to thrive on a day-to-day basis. Through the use of promoting daily activity, mindset practice, and practicing positive nutrition habits, Coach DJ wants to help you become the best version of you.
