A 3-course dinner served with starch and vegetables, created daily by NAIT culinary students.

To Start Amuse bouche and fresh baked bread
Appetizer Whipped Brie with orange marmalade, crostini and microgreen salad
Main Roasted Chicken with lemon mousseline, broccolini, panisse and quince
Gluten-free
To Finish Chef’s sorbet, coffee and tea
Drinks Cocktails and wine available at the cash bar
